Community Manager (Current Employee) says

"No company culture or employee moral what so ever. Company is all about sales and could care less about the operations part of the business. No one has a clue how to do their jobs but everyone is a boss. Too many bosses and no real leaders or mentors. If you like to be frustrated everyday and poorly compensated this is the place for you! Cons: Everything is your fault, not enough team members, poor salary, horrific health benefits, poor management and the list goes on"

Area Sales Manager (Former Employee) says

"Don’t work here. No raises unless promoted. Only cares about bottom line. Massive layoffs due to pandemic. Can’t get things done because control is out of your hands."

Community Manager (Former Employee) says

Account Helpdek (Former Employee) says

"Sneaky sales reps, little to no training. Minimum pay. Irate customers due to the horrible accounting errors this company has! No room for job advancement. Cons: Everything wlae"

Double Center General Manager/Director (Former Employee) says

"I was targeted and falsely accused of things and never even received apology. They discriminated against me and is a company that is no inclusive. They create a cut throat culture and there is one person that lied but now moved up the ladder (even after company knows she lied). I was a threat to her because I was overall better and well known in the market. She was a pushy order taker! Cons: If you like being degraded this company is for yoy"

General Manager (Former Employee) says

"Since I can't give 0 stars I guess one will have to do.. Hmm but where to start.... they are cheap, you have to fight for every quarter raise with them... not worth the trouble. IMO Cons: Too many to list"

Community Associate (Former Employee) says

"Basic job with no opportunities to develop any career. Cons: Low salaries, no benefits."

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"I wish I could give this 0 stars."

Administrator (Former Employee) says

"Racist workers."

Community Manager (Former Employee) says

"Working there 6 months felt like a prison sentence was a disorganised organisation and lack of skill set amongst staff and management no compassion or structure things take too long to be authorised Cons: Management, policies, cleaning, processes hours, pay"

associate (Former Employee) says

"Terrible company would never recommend to to either friend or foe. Stay clear!!"

General Manager (Current Employee) says

"Rotten from the top down. This used to be a customer centric industry, before Regus got in the game. They tell people that they were pioneers in the industry, that's a lie. A small minded company, with no interest in developing its employees and even less interest in its customers."

Receptionist (Former Employee) says

"Accettabile soltanto come prima esperienza e solo i primi 6 mesi (in genere offrono 12 mesi a 500€ e richiedono l’inglese 😄) Comunque è stata un’esperienza davvero ridicola rispetto alle prossime opportunità che ho avuto! Ho conosciuto gente (senza alcuna qualifica) che pur di non perdere il miserabile posto (peraltro quasi di portineria) era pronta a tutto. Pessimi."

Community leasing Associate (Former Employee) says

"I’m gonna sum it up for you ... they just want the money from clients. They don’t care about the employees. They drain you dry and don’t respect you. They run you crazy until you quit. Too many personal issues and the staff from centers have relations with each other. I’m talking about the DC region. Especially the 1101 manager but she was so mean like she didn’t have wrong doings. I got out of there by the grace! I never had to do anything w. Anyone and definitely wasn’t gon do stuff to work my way up unlike some people."

Area Manager (Former Employee) says

"Management will be good to you if you can sell. If you start missing your targets start clearing your desk. Community team members are back stabbers and to be honest have no clue. Systems are slow at responding to raised tickets and the customers all go nuts. You are told to build relationships with the clients that said wait until their rent review drops in to their email at 0400 hrs on a Sunday. Yes! and its doubled so its always a pleasure to meet them all on a Monday and try to explain the increase... blame brexit! Cons: 6 months of my life I cant get back"

Dual Community Manager/ Ctr Manager (Former Employee) says

"Culture of the company drastically changed, no room for advancement and growth. Constantly changing how they did business, and their ethics did not line up with mine. Cons: management"

Area Sales Manager (Former Employee) says

"One of the worst environments I have ever worked in. I was very successful in my position and made the “deal a day” mission. If you missed a deal for a day, you were called a failure and loser. Yes, those exact words. This job is all transactional and no relationship building. All of their systems are cryptic. You cannot even call to get IT support or billing support for your clients - you had to “put in a ticket”. It was awful. First three months fun to learn and jump from place to place, after that, you were a beaten dog. Training was all via computer and was archaic. Awful from beginning to end. My best day there was the day I left and never looked back. Even the name Regus makes my skin crawl to this day. Cons: Everything about this company is a con"

General assistant (Former Employee) says

"throw you in at the deep end with minimal training then expect you to work extra shifts at extremely short notice Cons: long hours"

Area Director (Former Employee) says

"Regus is the most unethical companies I have had the displeasure to work for. There is no training or coaching and if you ask questions you are treated like you are a moron. Upper level management are routinely terminated just prior to receiving large bonuses. Can be terminated at a moments notice based on unfounded accusations. Clients are routinely taking advantage off. All client contracts are set up to exploit the client. I do not have one positive thing to say about this company."

Community Associate (Former Employee) says

"system changes that make work harder. superiors care more about sales than client retention. clients invoices are always wrong and can't be fixed by anyone but corporate." is a non-profit organization and communications forum for social activism.
